How can a car that was bought brand new and stored/never used only be 90% complete? Surely it should be 100%?

Doesn't matter, if it was registered now, as it's left the factory it'd get a back dated period correct designation so no regulation requirements needed.

According to the rs owners club site, Motorsport versions were only made in diamond white. They did sell some as bare shells though, which could be why it's only 90% complete.

Doesn't have the lower lip spoiler for a start, and I'm sure the indicators should be orange. Need to see more pics of the car to be honest..
