Where are all the E46 330I Manuals?
Seriously, am after a new car and fancy an E46 Manual 330I Tourer and cannot for the life of me find one that's not either a million miles from Lincoln or stupidly over priced
My budget's £5-6k and I think I could even get a high mileage e91 but I cannot find anything other than autos or something too expensive or too far away
I'm on Autotrader, Pistonheads, eBay, Gumtree, every day and can find what i want!
Help!!!!!

Sorry, can't help you... I looked at changing my E46 330D manual tourer last year, but having seen the price of a new one - and the lack of s/h availability of manual cars in general - I decided to keep it instead.
Your budget looks about right to me, though - I was quoted about £4k as a trade-in value for my car.

I might've found one on Autotrader and am just waiting the owner's call back to see if they still have it.
Eitherway I'm gonna go have a go in a 330I Auto tomorrow to see if I can live with the auto box.
I liked the 2.5l I tried but found it sluggish and maybe the extra 40bhp will make the difference

Your right, rare as rocking horse poop, everybody loves them then!
I'd want a 2006 330i sport fully loaded, last off the production line in grey over an e90 though, oh and I'd want it for £5000!

I had the same problem with a 5 series.
I wanted a 3.0i manual with decent spec and it took a while but I found one. Searching on autotrader use to show about half a dozen and most of them had starship mileage. There's loads of diesel autos about but they're not for me. I even looked at X types but they seemed inferior compared to the specs of BM'ers.
Books have the 2.5 and 3.0 at about the same mpg so seemed little point having anything but the 3.0 with the better torque.
Although we do have a 330Ci soft top auto that drives really well and sounds nice too but I prefer manuals so the wife drives the soft top.
