I miss this little thing :'(
I dont quite know how i miss it so much as what i have moved onto but every time i look at pictures it really makes me regret selling it so much time/ money and effort went into making the car what it was,
really thinking of saving up to buy another track project
anybody else sold a car then regret to sell it?

I had a 206 180 a few years ago and great fun, electrics were a nighmare.
i do regret selling my r33 GTST but had no choice as self employed and had no work for a few months.

I miss my old 106GTI. I had some brilliant times in that car. Taught me a lot about driving that car did.
I've seen a few mint ones for sale, but up for too much money.

The 180's are horrid little things, its got a nice engine and thats about it tbh, and ive owned a lot of pugs in my time, the 306 GTI-6 was a far better car, much nicer to drive and be in, it didnt have the stupid 2nd gear ratio that the 180 did and the pedals.... god the positioning was horrible, not one of peugeots best cars (the 206 in whole), though the 180 was probably the best of the bunch it fell short by quite a margine
Deeply unimpressed by it considering it took me all of 2 mins to buy a new 306 GTI-6 and an hours test drive in the 180 didnt do it, felt cold and numb
Bring back nice Peugeots please

The S16 was an interesting car, I have one out back (72k on the clock but needs work still) not quite GTI-6 standards as the GTI addressed most of the issues the S16 had (engine, handling etc), but the GTI-6 is a far better car than the 206 GTI 180 is, just ashame that the emissions laws killed off its engine (hence why they stopped production of said model) as it was the best hot hatch (and the Rallye which was even better ) that Peugeot produced since the 205/309 GTI's.

only thing i would like on the 180's is the 6 spped box as it is a bit hard work on long motorway runs.
