Exclamation Toyota FT-86 (Scion FR-S) exterior and interior design revealed via leaked brochure

http://www.ft86club.com/?p=652

Brochure scans from a Modellista catalog. Modellista is Toyota's in house tuner. Subaru BR-Z shouldn't be far off from this since the front bumper and rear design is supposed to differ just slightly.

Like that. There is something vaguely 'old' Celica about it

I liked the rounded one if you know which one I mean!

I love it!

It is still not as awesome as some Italian interiors but still very cool.

Toyota is Summer next year. Subaru is earlier I think.

Full release at Tokyo Motor Show later this year.

I want one of these.

This looks fantastic and ticks all the boxes for me as real mid life crises car at half the price of a Porsche too

It has a boxer engine and I think that is where the similarities end.

From pictures i have seen on the web i think Toyota version looks better but it all depends on the end product and power, how tunable you think the engines will be? just going off the 2.0ltr impreza sport very little could be done, you think there will be much scope to get them up to mid 300's with out spending silly money

maybe subaru are going to do what i hope and steal the show with a 2.0 / 2.5 turbo version which can run some half decent power, it already has the 6 speed so with any luck there is hope for it yet
