Jaguar C-X16
Wow, lets hope they put this into production, stunning motor vehicle!
Only let down by the paltry 380 bhp 3.0l V8.....but with Kers
For £50k it has to be the prettiest afffordable car out there!

Don't know about that?
Looks like it could make production by next year.

Looks pretty good on the move too.

I've read that already and I'm still skeptical.
They have made working models of other cars before and never put them into production. Even though I hope they do make it, I'm not holding my breath.

They know that this would sell. They have been saying they need a sports car a size down from the XK.
This will be a car i will save to get.

I like that a lot... nice sound as well!
This (if produced) might actually get Jag away from the generalisation thats its "an old mans car". They just need to keep the price down... much more than 50K and its a bit of a lost cause.
Not a fan of the bright red leather everywhere..........

You know, like what the E-type had. Which ironically the company keeps modelling its modern sports tourers on.

Saw this in the papers yesterday and it was one of those OMG moments. What a stunning car. Want one
Going into production and available next year, although I did read it would be a 3.0 v6.
Quite frankly I'd take anything from the Jag stable right now they're producing some lovely cars.
Must mean I'm getting old !

Bit more info, was invited to take part in consumer feedback test on this new Jag, but the cab version. It really is a looker, a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, no where near current XK size but i think a good step for Jag.
Looks like they are offering 3 engines
3.0l V6 with 340ps at £56k
3.0l V6 s/charge with 380ps at £65k
5.5l V8 s/charge with 550ps at £88k
Little more pricey than what the press spec has guided. My only problem with the car is its application, it is too small to be a GT and too heavy/luxury to be a sports car....

Shame really, as it's such a nice car, that at £56k with 380bhp, and a fair few toys thrown in, would attract far more yonger buyers.

Options list is ridiculously long the base model would be very basic! the 380ps 65k base model with a reasonable spec worked out to be about 75k and at that sort of money you have a lot of competition!
