Wifey wants a new car, an MGF was on the list, but not anymore, due to them being really sh1te - In my opinion . Doesn’t want an MX5 and is now gunning for an MR2, V or X reg. Anybody know much about these motors.

Cheers,

Leigh

You can find some fairly comprehensive online reviews here:

We've got one and it is indeed very good, providing you don't need much storage space! Missus had an MX-5 before which was good, but not as good as this.

Megabusa, I'm also possibly in the market for one of these. Can you tell me how it compares to any other cars you've owned/driven? EVO even prefer it to the Elise in this article:

Can't be true, surely?

It really is good. Its obviously not as fast as a Scooby or Elise or whatever but it's a very nice car indeed. The only problem is that we have to sell ours this year:-(

Cool

Magebusa,

Cheers mate, we've found one she wants, red, leather etc. I see what you mean regarding the space issue, fun to drive tho, anyway decsion made, car on it's way. If she needs to carry anything more than her shades, she'll have to take my scoob.

Sorry to hear you've got to sell yours.

Cheers,

Leigh

Imported pricing seems to be £15K for including aircon. £14300 without.

Anyone got better pricing?

Does it really need aircon?

Cheers

J (another other half wanting an MR2)

This seems very cheap, cheaper than any we saw when looking to buy. We eventually bought from a UK Toyota dealer.
