i'd go down the fake route i think, spelling mistake and date are real tell signs, a none fake would still be spelt correct and i think it would be dateless

Could be a draft for training UK sales staff - badly translated by Herr Germans!

i think there too precise in translations for a simple error like that. i bet its an edited spec form the current model.
