Yes, a fair bit faster. Remapped and tuned 335is kick out serious power. They also steer properly, have decent suspension and are far lighter than a fat S6. I would bet on a tuned 335i around any racetrack over an S6. Official Bruntingthorpe lap time for a stock 335d is 0.1s quicker than a manual stock 335i.

I know - I don't know why we waste the electrons since we all know that BMWs are far superior to Audis

Saying that, the on going battle of the 'two' on SN is a little tedious now

Well you know there are only two arguments in Other Marques.

BMWs v. Audis, and

A Datsun GT-R is better than any other car, super or not.

You cheeky ******

What about all the Porsche drivel that's spouted on an almost daily basis?

Oh, hang on, that's not an argument because its all true.

As you were

Will you have the new beast in time for Elvington?

You are forgetting that when Porsche drivel is spouted, like a Swiss clock, someone pops up and lets us know that a GT-R is cheaper and usually faster.

Neither is better. Just different.

I prefer 911s and BMs...

I used to like Subarus...
