I caught the tail end of some episode of TG on bbc3 the.other night that had the gt3 rs, the 468 italia and mb sls. When they did a drag race it was just the 468 vs sls, why was the the rs excluded from that bit?

Cayenne = expensive.....
But I am going for a club sport later in the year. The joys of Porsche ownership are fast over taking the joys of Subaru ownership.
If things go well this year i might finally join club 911.

Because it is much slower - it has over 100bhp less than the other two so Clarkson said it was not worthy of the race.
Sounds about right as I think it is over a second slower to 100mph than the 458.
For a drag race they really needed the new Turbo S which may actually have been a more likely comparison to something like an SLS - but the choices were not particularly rational.
