my replacement for the subaru for now
Well i had too free up some cash from my type r for the house, so the impreza had to go and i had to buy something for me and the misses to share for a while, we wanted something with room for our dogs, something that still looked nice and something that wasnt stupidly slow. Found this at a good price, and had been remapped to 170bhp which feels prety good and getting great mpg out of it . Wouldnt realy think you were driveing a big tdi car as it realy pulls well. Thought id post a few pics up anyway. Will do me a couple of years untill i get some ££££ together for another type r as a toy.

It might be an optical illusion, but those wheels and elastic band tyres just look too small in diameter to me. Did you keep the originals too? If so I'd pop them back on. Not sure that an 8 year old 1.9TDi Estate is really worth modding is it, when there were plenty of faster models available out of the box? Other than that looks a nice enough car as MB says and makes a change from the usual silver, sky-blue, black or grey.

The car is as i brought it so ive not modded it and i dont plan too, just wanted an estate but something that still looked quite nice which i think this does, the wheels realy suit the car, pics dont realy do it justice. Mirrors were also already on it which ive left as again, just make it differant from any other audi estate you see on the road.
Its a good car and im glad i brought it, allows me to save some cash so i can buy another type r once ive got a few other money commitments out the way.

Agree about the wheels and the mirrors(the mirrors look **** even on S3/4's), a nice set of standard wheels and some colour coded mirrors would have that looks really nice.
Lovely car none the less and enjoy!
