So, do we order the new RX8 now? 250bhp RWD and costs < £26k

Nah Nissan 350z - less doors more bhp - 18k upwards.

When's the Mazda out btw? Any sites with details?

Theres a story on the autoexpress site (www.autoexpress.co.uk)
saying it'll be here in the autumn.
Funny looking rear end though..hmmmm again.

Seen it- looks the business. and all that power from a low taxed 1.3l engine too!!! really nice styling all over, inside and out.

Have these guys actualy got around the "seal" problem. The Rotary engines used to kill the main sealant ring, all the time which effecively de-compresses the engine and stops it working.

If they have got that sorted now, then this could be very interesting. Roll on the 1st 3.0 roatry beast !!!!

A popular "upgrade" is titanium rotor tips which helps this problem.

Talk to Mazda direct. I made an enquiry when the car first broke cover several months ago. They sent me loads of info, promised to contact me when they new the car was coming and put me on the waiting list.

father_jack - I thought the 350z was gonna be priced mid 20k's? Definetly dont see it being 18k.

Was in autoexpress a while back - can't find it now.

Think the entry leve 197bhp one will be 18k up to 27k for the twin turbo 350bhp one
