Default had a play with a milkfoat today

^^^^^^^^^just like this one only it had wider wheels and plastic bottles - to keep the weight down^^^^^^^^

8.30 this morning
came across this beast at a set of lights outside the local primary school (on the way to drop the g/f off at the secondary school) i knew he was up for it, i revved up my beast and with the 46" tailpipe sent a shiver down my spine and the old lady walking past dropped her shopping and shat herself - right result!

So, the lights changed to green, he had me from the start with all that linear electric power, i bogged down due to heatsoak and a maccy D big mac box getting wedged under the loud pedal but i recovered and above 5mph he was mine managed to get up to 80 by the time i reached the primary school gatesl which was a right result.

I had to slow down upon reaching some twisties as the scoob suffers terrible from fuel surge

Anyone else come across one of these?

I had a bit of a run in with an old lady in a wheelchair. She had me off the lights but her drivetrain losses started to slow her down as we hit 2.4mph

By the way - are you sure that photo is big enough - you can see it from space!

Don't see milkfloats round here anymore. The milkmen just couldn't handle the old-skool sudden power delivery, so they all ended up in ditches. They all drive those little yellow road-sweepers now: even a wheezing old modded UK Turbo 2000 could beat one of those.

The torque on those floats is immense.

It seems like only yesterday she was learning to read and write

She's pregnant and has automatically qualified for the fast-track courses:
1) Sky+ remote operation - essential as i have ADD
2) Advanced spliff rolling - one handed whilst changing a nappy
3) Tattooing your mates with a compasss - shes good at art
4) How to correctly fill out your housing benefit and other entitlements - this one is really important and passing this could set us up for life.

I am hoping she passes all of them and makes something of herself!

Paul you "almost" pulled this off but made some mistakes, you used capital letters at the beginning of your sentences your spelling was spot on and you also used grammar!

I've edited it a little bit so some of our members car read it more easily

Nope its deffo the "new model" now known as the milkfoat, with this new milkfoat, comes uprated suspension, sticky rubber (handy for those pesky Subarus at traffic lights), stripped light weight interior and super uprated batteries along with solar powering if you cant get back home to charge them up again, all in all quite a feat beating one of these bad boys, I would happily have the scalp from one of these

Maybe this milkfoat is the anti-prius and also has a petrol engine to save its batteries. Also note the 'BTCC-style' single wiper conversion on the milkfoat.

I came across one once, I bogged the launch and he'd gone, for a re-charge I guess....

I'm very old, but there was one years ago with a big V8 mounted mid-ships.

LOL
