Post the graphs up please mate

I test drove one the other day around Newton Aycliffe. I must say it was a very nice car, but I was a little disappointed with the performance. The wheels spun up in mildly moist conditions and understeer through roundabounts was quite bad. Probably just have to learn how to drive one. I suppose thats what happens when you are used to 400 horses through 4 wheels.

But again very nice cars

Holiways are advertising they have a few in stock. So 2 things.

1) Those customers who actually wanted to order one, were on a waiting list as dealers (as case proven) ordered cars for themselves without customers.

2) They've had them a while. They can't sell them.

There's a "Look at me" green one kicking around Newton Aycliffe / Darlington area ATM. See it coming into Darlo most mornings as I'm traveling out.

Certainly have road presents.

There's a Blue one in Darlo as well. Although they don't stand out anywhere near the Green & White RS's, I think they do look best in Blue.

With that power, it might be able to keep up with my 370Z.

They have quite a few at my local dealers, although most seem to be pre delivery for customers.

I won't be buying one though as when I sat in the showroom RS they had, it felt no different to being sat in my ST and for £30k I expected more.

I've also heard that tuners can't do anything about the lack of low down torque even when mapped so off the line a mapped ST will beat a mapped RS.

I like the look of them......they look "special"

Hopefully at some point they will start to depreciate like other Fords and I can think about getting one

What sort of mpg do you get on a sensible motorway style 80 mph, 6th gear cruise?

Holiways did exactly this with the Mk1. Ordered a few of them without customers. After the bubble burst they were stuck with a couple they couldn't sell. One at Aycliffe and the other at Hartlepool.

That's when I bought one.

Saw a blue one today -looks good in this colour. Only slight issue was that when it entered a slightly bumpy car park, the exhausts and rear diffuser thingy wobbled like mad.

Good to hear some are making over stock power.

I have a white Focus RS on order after 10 years of Scooby ownership - should have been here for last Monday but wont get it now until mid/end April now due to some delay.

Had a shot in a demonstrator and was really impressed so placed a deposit there and then. There does seem to be a few niggly problems with a few cars so hopefully this will be all ironed out by the time I get my car.

Will probably go for the Mountune warranty backed upgrade when they eventually announce it - dont fancy having the ecu opened up for the Bluefin/Dreamscience upgrade.
