Default Merc C 63 AMG

Had to visit the local Alfa dealer today to get an issue sorted out with my car and whilst was on my way out of the place parked up was a Merc C63 AMG in black and my GAWD that is one fantastic looking car! Jaw dropping actually, I really can't think of a more menacing looking 4 door car. Simply beautiful!

Pictures don't do this car justice, its now ontop of my want list!

pfwoar. Get your self down merc world.

Clarkson describes them well. Its like driving an Axe Murderer.

570 poines iirc and felt much more controlable on the limit than the SL 55

simply awesome

I like the SL63 shape they use for the F1 safety car. Sounded awesome at Silverstone this year (as did the C63 estate chasing it )

Looked but bit slow for me
only 457ps and 442lbs Torque on a heavy car
BMW M5 better but not as practical

It has 50 less hp but the M5 is 120kg heavier and has 100nm less torque. So performance wise I doubt there is anything in it. M5 tends to win the handling reviews but I much prefer the looks of the AMG.

I've done the drive at Merc World in the C63 estate. Awesome piece of kit, proper quick and beautifully adjustable, you can steer it on the throttle a treat.
