I put my S-special up for sale, but at £3000 its maybe a little too out of his range.
Take it he's looked in the normal places, Autotrader, Friday-ad, pistonheads and gumtree?
Also try MX5Nutz and mx5oc too asa few on there.
I drove over 900 miles to find my one, but wanted the best.
Hope he finds one, as they are so much fun.

He should get a couple for that The last one we bought cost us £515 with 12 months MOT, and we got £300 back for all the bits removed for track- bargain!
Have a look on pistonheads and ebay, there are loads of sensibly priced cars (and loads of stupidly priced cars too!)
