Or VX sue him for libel...

Steve

Edited to add that on other forumss the claim is that the car was at fault, not the driving.

Surely it's the driver that cannot handle the twisties (TM), not the car.

It could be, it could be both at the end of the day the guy is being a total tool in it. If he keeps driving the way he is with it at the moment, he will end up killing someone with it.

Those corsa vxrs do seem to attract a certain type of bell end. A mechanic at my local tyre place had one for about 2 weeks before getting banned lol He was really proud of himself too...

page 2 states that one of the users knows somebody who has a similar car near to his residence, and that he thinks a similar fate might exact itself upon him.

Still, if it had been TS then.......

Supposedly a fox came out on the road
Looking at the state of teh car, my guess that it was a Volkswagen Fox, rather than the furry type. Either that or he decided to chase after it across the fields

I very much doubt the car was at fault, more likely to be bad driving.

If the factory OE tyres are Pirelli P Zero Rossos (like the Monaro) then that would explain the handling/braking issues:

Appauling tyre for the UK climate.

Not that would cause the brakes to lock on....think its called driver error.

looks like his speed was greater than his talent, might as well just admit it, though the thread is off detailing would, perhaps he had spent six months polishing and didn't want to hit a grubby Fox.

Jacko, on detailing world, you don't polish.

You wash - employing the 2 bucket method, cleanse, re-wash, rinse, clay bar, wash, cleanse again, seal, wax and buff.

Its probably the silicone spray on the tyres tread to make them look new

(Handy if you want to try drifting in the dry too )
