Talking of porsches and their Value...
My brother is about to sell his 1987 911 Carrera 3.2 (G50 gearbox). It has only 59,000 genuine miles and had lots of new bits in a very rare special order colour. What's that worth then guys? He paid £17,500 for it 3-4years ago!

Top Marques has a few around £9-12k. One very similar to yours in white with 93k miles for £10,250.
These cars are hard to value on the usual age/mileage bassis as so much can happen to a car over 20 years with multiple owners. Clocked mileage and forged service records are common - not suggesting this is the case with your bro for a second, but it happens. For this reason, you should expect a serious buyer to want a Porsche expert to spend a LOT of time going over it, on a ramp.
Richard.
