Whats an MGF Superchips Icon chip worth?

Hi guys I'm breaking my old Rover 200 and need an idea of how much a Superchips I.C.O.N Race chip is worth, its for a 1.8 Kseries engine, only place I can find one is for new at £300odd quid.
