Was reading the feature in Top gear mag.They claim that their 'Revo knuckle' will enable the car to push through 300bhp without the usual issues with high power fwd cars.
Apart from the colour,i think it looks awesome.And dare i say it,it may steal some disenchanted new scooby owners over to Ford.

I think you're spot on there, having seen both close up, there really is no contest in terms of looks.

I know it's in the driving but 20k plus, you want a car to look good and unless the drive is spectacular, the looks certainly come in to it.

I have to say I would buy that in black over a new STI. I may be swayed otherwise when the new super Prodrive version hits the streets though... but not for £40k lol

Could do. I was nearly one of them. Had name down, but took it off once I learned it was only FWD. If this new Revo-knuckle thing works as good as they say I'll be crying my eyes out as I'm a huge Fast Ford fan and so wanted this car.

In the end though, FWD & 20mpg put me off.

It does look the dogs bollox though. I'd have bought it in Blue. Bet most are sold now.

I remember when they were flogging the old Ibiza Cupras in that colour many years ago.With white wheels.

Certainly looks better than the new subaru
