Default More old Fiats

The wife is back on the old Fiat crusade, she found this and we are going for a nosey on Sunday, any opinions, I like it and its a whole better proposition than a 500, especially the one we were going to see that the owner said the "Engine gets tired", in other words it conks out, our old 500 did this, goes for a while and then shuts down for hours till its cooled down, think it was vale clearance related.

However this, for the money seems better value, though they arent as popular, very rare and this appears to be a minter, I noticed on the pics what looks like patched in paint, I asked about this and its the reflections of the road in the paint !

1969 Fiat 850 sport coupe series2 - 45000 genuine miles For Sale on Car And Classic UK

Its down to whether it can scratch her Fat 500 itch in the same way a 500 does.

Any opinions welcome.

I am just glad the itch doesn't involve a 25 grand Mk1 Escort RS1800 !

Why she cannot find it in herself to love MK1 Capri's.

I like it. Rear engine, rear wheel drive, 60's suspension - should be fun

Pretty little cars the 850 Coupe had a soft spot for them myself

The given the choice of small italian coupes from around that vintage I would go for Lancia Fulvia coupe
