Default A few photos of my red 996TT

Collected the car in Edinburgh on Wednesday and have done about 400 miles since picking it up. As good as I had expected and am enjoying the tiptronic box fine.
I have attached a few photos taken this morning after a quick wash.
Next step is a re-map to 510 (ish) bhp in about 4 weeks.

It allows a full auto mode, or a "learning" auto mode which assesses how you drive, or a manual mode via the steering wheel rockers.

Yes, but the 996TT is to replace my RS4 as my everyday car. The 360 was a toy which (not being made of money) I got rid of after getting it out of my system.!! Back to one car only now.

Drool - excuse my Porsche ignorance, but is a 996TT indicative of a twin turbo? Do all 996 turbos have twin turbos, even though it only indicates one (externally) on the engine cover?

Interested in your comment re Simtis. What is your experience? I have left 2 voicemails for them now over the last week with no response!

That alone speaks volumes.

The organ grinder should carry on cleaning cars and leave the tuning to the lads that know a thing or two....

Go to DMS

No, I bought my now departed 360 Modena from Graypaul in Fort Kinnaird, but 996TT was from Kenny Dunn on Corstorphine Road.
