Default Just ordered my new company car

Opted back in to the company car scheme at work and have just ordered a new A3 Sportback 2.0TDi Sport (140).

Got it for a year, primarily due to the fact that the dealer tells me it's being revamped at the beginning of 2009, and also because the residual value is so good, the monthly lease rate on a year is cheaper than over 2, 3 or 4 years!

I fancy the A3 cabriolet next time round......

14 - 16 weeks delivery though Still, at least it'll be on an '08 plate

A work mate of mine has one, i think they're a bit over priced but i have to admit at being stunned at the quality and finish of the interior first time i drove it. Was nice to drive too, very solid car. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Didnt know about the revamp, the wife's co car is due for replacement Feb 09 and she is probably getting the same engine A3 as you although we can pay a wee bit more and get the 170bhp diesel (saying that if the figures work maybe the soft top), finds the A4 too big ........... particularly the new one out soon which looks massive.

I had one for a company car for about 8 months, nice cars, just enough oomph to overtake and quite pleasant to dawdle down the motorway, also got much better mpg than my work m8's 1 series bm and bosses 5 series

Since then i have swapped it twice though and am now thinking about an s3, currently my mgp has gone down to about 25ish, wish id stuck with the diesel and brought a weekend toy

I can take the company car but the options are Ford, Vauxhall and anything you want as long as its diesel.

Will run mine for a while and if it breaks I will just take the car.
