Hi, I just bought one of these as a wee runaround. I'm going to give it a service and was wondering if anybody knows what mileage the cambelt is due at. It's a 2001 with 42k on the clock if that helps.

pug diesels are normally 72 or 80k depending on if 12 or 10k service intervals or 7-8 years.
personally i would not leave it that long prob about 60k

Cheers, I kind of guesstimated it would be about that.

It's a 6 year old belt, I'd get it changed asap if you're keeping the car.

Even if it had done tiny miles, belts perish with age.
