15k new and = 160mph + 100,000/5 yrear warranty, reasonable build quality and reliability

As long as it is not as fugly as a new scoob or the rest of the Hyundai range it should fly off of the shelves!

30k US, which means by the time they sell it here it will be £30k. Cars in the states are always much cheaper than they are over here.

Thumbs up

WOW! that looks stunning, if it is a shade under 20k and the badge snobs can get over the logo on the front it should sell in the 1000's

I would buy one for 15k 20k would still look interesting.

Hyundai need to get much more into UK motorsport, Yes i know they have dabbled with rallying and touring car but look what it has done for some of the worlds unwanted, unkown and unloved car brands - Subaru and Mitsubishi being two that srping to mind!

The problem is they, like 99% of other manufacturers don't make a watered down "hot" road going version of their race/rally cars.

I mean, how many road going 4wd pug 206/7s or Ford Focuses (Focii ? ) do you see?

Bring back tight homologation rules...that would give us something interesting to drive on the road.

Although this Hyundai looks very nice. The problem with the old coupe was that it looked nice, but drove like a bland saloon car...sort of like a well worn old shape Vectra. Not bad, but more of a commmuter car dressed up in a sporty bodyshell...lets hope this new one won't feel like that to drive
