My sister has a p reg corsa and recently it has started playing up. Sometimes when she goes to use the clutch the clutch peddle just falls to the floor and theres nothing she can do, then it will just come back up and then it will be fine.

We have had a new clutch fitted about 2 months ago

Any ideas what it could be thanks.

take it back to the place that did the work and ask them to sort it.

Do you still get drive when the pedal 'falls'? Sounds like the release bearing sticking to me. As above, it's back to the garage I reckon.
