Rust problem

Hey All

My car now has some rust spots coming through.....

Does anyone have a link to a guide that gives step by steps instructions how to prep, rid and repaint the effected areas??

rust is like cancer you think its gone then it comes back best to get a new or2nd hand panel and get it sprayed the amount of time youd spend trying to fix it isnt worth it.
