chipping diesels
Hi all I have Just bought a ford focus tdci 115 as a second car/run around and I am thinking about getting one of those plug in boxes that increases the power anyone had any experence with these?

My brother has one of the plug in boxes from Powerklick on his Golf TDi taking it from 150hp to 180hp.Only cost £249 and the car flies - made a 800 miles round trip with him a couple of weeks ago and it still did 50mpg.Took 10 mins to fit and was delivered next day.
My cousin has a Van Aaken plug in box on his TDi Mondeo but they are a bit dearer about £400 but it is the same idea taking the car from 130hp to 155hp.If I had a diesel one of these plug in boxes would be the first thing i would buy.

i would say that you should get one . It wont only free up some horses, but the car will be better on diesel.
my golf went 40<60 mls better on a tank.
but that bein said DONT get one from ebay ,you will get a load of old poo poo. Get in touch with the likes of Van Aaken .
