Default STI's gone,but it's replacement(s) here!!

Well,if anyone read my last thread on here, they will know the problems i had with my last Impreza, and i have to say,it turned me off cars briefly,so i went out and bought a LWB Isuzu Trooper 3.0TD,which i have to say i am pretty pleased with overall. It's comfortable, economical(compared with a PPP'd STI) and it will tow a jet-ski if i eventually decide to buy one!!

However, the story does not end there,

As i say,i was turned off cars briefly (it lasted 2 weeks ),and on Saturday i had the whole day away from the wife and kids to spend rekindelling my love affair with driving,so the first car i went to have a look at i thought i wouldn't like, but as soon as i pulled up at the guy's house i told myself i would have a new car by the end of the day...............and i did,and i love it.It's in my favourite colour(for one of these),it goes well enough, handles like a rollerskate, will do 40mpg,and has a soft top (i do like a convertible this time of year - it was an E46 M3 convertible, then an Ariel Atom last year).

Any (sensible) guesses?

Cheeky ba***rd...........................although i have had one,and did consider another, the handling is brilliant on them!!

Also looked at an SLK(and i am married with kids before there are any references to my sexuality ),it was good but boring, and more of a tourer than a drivers car.And i wanted to drive an MR2 Roadster, but the Elise was the first car i had booked to look at,and i am glad it was.............lovin' it.

I have wanted one for years, but don't have anywhere to keep it unless i pay for storage, and it all gets bloody expensive then. However, the driveway currently has space to keep it,if i put it behind the minibus,my wifes new Pug 107,the Trooper and the Elise .
