we havr a nissan micra 1.0 16v. It won't start. been fine for donkeys but hasn't been driven for the last 4 days, nothing amiss when last driven.

tried jump starting, no joy.

engine turns over, enough to push the car forwards if in gear whilst turning the key. spark plugs look ok, didn't check if they were sparking tho.

any helpful advice?

 

cancel that. i got it started.

removed fuel pump fuse. held down accellerator pedal while turning key and bingo. put fuse back in and all's well.

so, yes, it was flooded.
