Default R32 GT-R

Hello peeps, have been offered a R32 Skyline for a very nice price and was wondering if anyone here has had one before?
How does it compare to the Scooby?
What to look out for when inspecting?

Any suggestions would be great, or just how fun are they?

Coil packs are prone to going on them and there pricey to buy?
Make sure the oil pressure gauge is working properly don't want it being starved of oil, when there modified they should have the oil pump modified along with it?
They handle the nuts! 4wd and 4 wheel steer and its active 4wd so when it starts wheel spinnin they transfer power to the front to compensate! Oh and listen for noisy diffs and transmission.
Some info for you.

Thanks Dan, the car is revving a little high but it has been stood for a few months, plus needs a service...any idea how i will be able to check coil packs?

The car is 100% standard so will make sure oil pressure is cool, i could do a compression check

Noisy Diffs and Trans i can handle

Any more advice guys

I'm led to beleive that all production cars from japan are to be 280bhp max from factory so most of them are de restricted as soon as some little nip gets hold of them i would expect over 300bhp easy?

Not a healthy love mate, a addiction which has led me to a lot of grief on quite a few occasions.....had to move address last time

Cool, not advertiseing the car as yet , as getting the box sorted with 3 year warranty, plus a few mods included too
