Given i missed it Sunday night - not gonna miss the repeat tomorrow on BBC2 tho at 7pm, happened across this..

Default fast and furious

thats one bad *** car that is ,runs out of fuel in 12 mins v power you got to love it,very impressive .

I was very impressed that it reached it top seed, - but then again for the cost would kind of expect the figure to be accurate !

I'm surprised Clarkson likes it. When he looked at the McLaren F1, he said it lacked character when compared to the likes of the F40. Yet this beast can get to 250mph with a librarian at the wheel! At least the Macca started to become airborne at about 240mph

And I'm still not sure about the look of it. Reminds me of one of those solar-powered lawn-cutters, that used to feature on Tomorrow's World years ago.

Think "Robot Wars" meets "Star Wars". It is a bit Marmite for looks though.

Indeed, I suspect that driving a series 2 Land Rover at over 100mph feels faster
