im getting pissed off with my car being in the garage for months at a time to get modifications done so i was wondering what would be a good car to have next ??? needs 4 seats and has to be quick !! was thinking of spending around £30k ish it cant be a porsche as that is definately a midlife crisis car what is good on the market and that could also be tuned as well ???

And what were you saying about sick of your car being in the garage for months?

BTW, M5 can't easily be tuned. Go for an Audi S4 (not new RS4, no turbo to chip).

Believe me, you won't be wanting much more power.

However there are plenty of general mods...suspension, big brake kits, sports cat exhaust and remap, short shifter, ARB's etc etc etc. Expect to see even more now the prices keep on dropping.

Get a Porker and be done with it you are in denial

I love the M5's but they are very large, with a very industrial gearbox, and just feel like a big heavy car when you are in them. Plus which is what put me off in the end is that 20K+ let alone say 30K for a low mileage young one is big money for what is now a very old car in terms of design.

That said the mazza looks sweeeeet, but don't know enough about them to make a comment. I am guessing you would need very deep pockets to keep one on the road.
