Default Lowering springs on a Citroen

Hi, im not sure whether this is meant to be here or in the suspnesion section so move it mods if appropriate.
Iv got a saxo anyway and iv just fitted some lowering springs to it only thing is one of the springs seems really coiled up at the bottom and teh other seems really coiled up at the top, i remember thinking to myself when fitting them to keep the writing on the spring facing the right way up, does it matter if one is one way and the other one the opposite way round?

yup-tighter coils to the top usually-effects the spung to unsprung weight ratio.
