Help - what car to replace my WRX PPP??

Please help,
I have just got rid of my MY05 WRX ppp (company car) as it is not comfortable enough for my increasing annual mileage (25K).
I need something that will be comfy, more economical, yet thrill as well. I was thinking along the lines of a E90 330d. Anyone else got any suggestions?

I would take the cash option and buy an Audi A8 4.2. Use the savings to fund the petrol.
Sorry, that suggestion is about as far removed as possible from what you asked for. Still, it's what I'd do

You could do worse than buy my A4, which just happens to be comfortable, fast yet economical

Thanks guys,
I think the BM 330d has to be the way forward - test driving one tomorrow. Will report back.
Will it be considerably slower than my scooby (wrx ppp)?
Cheers

I confess to never have driven one, although I should imagine with all the low down torque it will feel a lot faster than your Scoob.
