In my 2.0 S40 was gaining on me and then we hit 140 and I flew right past.

Is it the no pressure turbo, light pressure turbo or a T4 ?

What Superbike was it, Suzuki, Kawasaki or Raleigh ?

Straight speed line proves **** all any numpty can go fast in a straight line. thats why im happy to keep my car restricted. Besides on Paper in the dry a superbike should out drag almost all cars on the road.

must of only been a 600.... the superbikes begin with the kwak 6r... but could of been a bigger bike and the rider thought "wait, I am being a massive bellend riding at this speed" and slowed down to let a bigger bellend pass at 140...

You have to compare the wheel power to weight of both to really see what the outcome in a straight line would be.

I would expect the bike to have the advantage in most cases.

i got pissed on tonight by a susuki he had time to wheelie before pulling away, how ever we were on a staight road, and i wernt that far behind.

you want to ban these threads you can open a right can of worms

no production car will ever out drag a "superbike" (600 upwards) full stop
and if you did beat one ....the rider is probaly not trying !
I have owned R1/ fireblade/cbr600/kawasaki Z6R/ suzuki Gsxr 750(current) and they will all blow my 400bhp P1 with ease
#so lets not think that a car can out run a superbike
