Post I want to import a Mitsubishi L200.

Hi guys.

I've started up my own company and need a new work vehicle. I'm interested in the L200 but dealer prices are a little expensive. Importing is cheaper but not sure where to start. Anyone know of any decent jap importers preferrably Mitsubishi?

Thanks

Might be worth talking to Iain at Litchfield Imports. If he can't help, then I'd expect he probably could tell you someone that could.

L200 (and Hilux) vehicles are made in Thailand now, not Japan. Just do a Google search.

There was also an article on honestjohn.co.uk in the review section about this.

You used to get these tax free as they could carry a ton load IIRC

Pretty good report. Someone else told me they were built in Thailand.

I have to disagree. The old one seems very square and the interior is awful.
