Question MG-RV8

Anyone any experience of these?

Any good??

3.9Litre V8 Rover engine as used in the TVR ....

Usual unreliable crap or unique and worth a buy as investment?

Isnt it just a repro MGB V8 ?

You would be straying dangerously into Real ale, beard and driving gloves territory. No experience of them but Iremember reading that they didnt handle and tended to leak but were nice and grunty.

Nope, not the Rover 75 with the V8, it was produced in the early '90's, a slighty updated MGB roadster.

Mmmmm, MG-RV8 The best old-school MG roadster you can get - right engine, and less rust

Good alternative to a Morgan +8, but then you need to be missing a few marbles to have one of them too

I pray that is a typing error.

I could have built, and installed a new engine for one of them for £1500 and still make a very tidy profit
