Default Anyone know about Lexus LS400's?

Has anyone had or have a Lexus LS400? I'm looking at one as a cheap runabout while I do up my wifes car and the dash doesn't light up Could this be big money to fix and something to avoid or an easy repair?

Any links to forums for them or info would really be appreciated.

Thanks

No probs - old 430's or 300's are a bit like volvos as they seem to go on forever.
Keep an eye on that site as quite often some for sale, but they sell quickly - as you found out
