I do like the look of the CTR but I have noticed the ownership profile changing of late, it used to be well dressed rep/business types but now there are a lot of thuggy looking blokes around Manchester with them, was wondering whether the gangs had adopted them ?, also a lot of young Asian dudes round Rusholme in them, saw one drive down a feeder road to avoid the lights, going like the clappers and nearly hit a woman with her kids crossing said feeder road.

 

Their Imprezas must be being serviced so they are in their wives cars.

People can drive and act like ****** in any car

 

There have been lots of posts over the recent months on some CTR forums of these cars being stolen/hijacked in and around the Manchester area. They're being used for all sorts of crimes.

Owners have been followed home and threatened on their drives as they are getting out their car, been hijacked at gun/knife point at traffic lights, houses broken into for the keys etc etc.

The most frightening post I read was of one guy sitting in his living room with his wife and daughter when two guys with bats started kicking the front door and demanding the keys to his car or they were going to f*ck him up.

Yeah but I havent noticed any Kia Piccanto's being driven like that.

 

Thats because its an image thing for people who drive like ******. They think they look good driving like **** so doing it in a half decent car in there eyes makes them look better

Strangely it doesn't hugely affect 2 seaters, I suppose this is because you can't drag around 4 chavvie mates in one.
