My dad is on his second, (I wrote the first one off just after xmas, long story)

His is the silver, double cab, Outlaw spec.
Very nice car to be in and to drive, they really do feel massive on the roads though, especially when parking.
Very comfortable, good seats, 6 disc changer, cruise control, climate control.
His has a hard top roof on the back as well which looks very cool.
Plenty of power for the size of the vehicle, 170bhp i think.
Only thing I would say is the rear can seem quite light when unloaded, though i'm sure it's the same for all these type of cars.
Reversing sensors are a must as you cant see owt out of the back with the tinted windows and the hard top on!

Bought a D40 Double Cab Outlaw (in black ) last September and have done about 13k in it since.

Best vehicle I've ever owned!!!

Plenty of grunt, very comfortable and very quiet on the motorway. Enough toys in it to keep me happy and has been trouble free since day 1.

Always get 32 -35 mpg regardless of whether its motorway/town driving and I don't hang around. I tend to keep 100kg of sand in sacks in the back over the rear wheels to dampen the bounce out. You soon get used to the size of it and parking is pretty easy (even the wife manages it and has never hit anything ).

Very good off road and I've towed in excess of 2 tons on Pendine beach without a problem on standard road tyres and had it buried up to the side steps in soft sand and still driven out unassisted.

The only downside is that paint seems quite soft and marks quite easily.

I went from a modded WRX to the Navara and did worry about the change in driving experiences initally, but really have'nt missed the Scooby at all.

Nissan do a very hand bed tent that clips on the back and takes about 15 minutes to erect, which is very handy for nights away at events:

I'd recommend anyone to take one on a test drive, quite a few people have test driven mine and all really like it and how it drove.
