Fabia VRS prices
Have been looking at VRS prices, I can only say that they seem to be, at the moment as depreciation proof as the bloody Mini.
Cheapest in the country is a 2 year old one with 59,000 miles on at 8 grand so the choice is one thats been hammered for nearly 60k in 2 years or a new one for another 3 grand or so.
Skoda's are meant to be by and large free when second hand !
Oh and this is the nearest to where I live, what the **** is going on at the rear end, looks like 2 strips of badly applied masking tape and some extra decals on the sill, hmm is anyone else thinking what I am thinking ?

The Fabia vRS must be one of the lowest depreciating car's you can buy.
Doesnt come as a huge surprise to be honest tho, seeing as you get 55mpg and good performance (especially when chipped!), a smart looking little car and VW build quality and refinement.
Even the dealers are good!
You may as well buy new to be honest - at least then you get the full warranty, can choose the colour and options (I think full leather interior is now available on these at last) and haggle a bit with the dealer.

I can't fault mine. Looks good, drives and handles okay, if driven like a coffin-dodger you can get over 60 mpg yet still has enough oomph to entertain and keep you out of trouble. The fact that it's not depreciating like a Scooby is a bonus

Just considering selling ours (space reasons only). Sept 04 54 plate.10k on the clock.
Not sure where to look to price it if Parkers and Glasses aren't accurate on the price.
What a car.Always attracts critics who want to confirm their BMW is quicker than it too Chill , boys

I bought a new one two months ago, the used prices were so close I thought I may as well get the full warranty. After 6,500 miles I'm still very happy. I reckon my Scoob depreciated the whole purchase price of the vRS in under two years with my mileage.

I've lost shed loads on cars over the years.
The vRS has to be one of the smartest financial purchases I've ever made.
I've had it a year now, still not bored, still can't believe how much its still worth.
