Almost none have number plates.
a) He buys the cars and stores them, doesn't really drive them
b) He has enough land/ his own private track that he doesn't need plates
c) He took them ALL off for the photoshoot and will put them all back on again afterwards

Obviously the **** that took the photos is a BMW owner who cares more for material things than what is actually really rare and Uber-cool, as he has only really taken pictures of mostly Ferrari's and Porsche's. If the guy was a true car enthusiast, he would understand the rarity of owning the Group B exotica sitting in the corner. But then, he does reside in the states and doesn't really understand that real driving experience includes cornering as well.
