Personally decided to go for the audi a6 3litre deisel s line quatro - so cant get used to those 5 series looks, also after driving both felt the audi felt better quality IMHO, BMW was still good though.

Well I had a drive of a 120d sport today and was quite disappointed. Steering seemed overassisted and it didn't feel planted. Drove a 320d and it was much better by comparison. But what's the point in getting a 3 series and a 5 series... far too similar. Grr, think I'll just by a Fiesta at this rate

I have a 530d Sport Touring - one of the very last of the last models. It was £38k list - I bought it for just over £20k when it was eighteen months old and the value has hardly moved in a year.
Even better - it is probably the best overall car I have ever owned even with the auto box - indeed it would be worse as manual. Excellent to drive, it has real real world pace, economical to own. Massive space for dog and baby - what more could a man want
