Need a bit of advice/thoughts on what to buy, was going to go for a Boxster S but decided to grow up a touch and sort a house out (gutted). Have 15k to spend on the net at the mo looking at a 530i, Z3 M Roadster or E36 M3 Conv, what are your thoughts anyone owned the Z3 M. Love the thought of the ownership of an M car

All depends on what your really looking for in a car. A Z3 is obvioulsy a 2 seater, with limited lugage space, while the 530i will carry 5 with lugage.
If it's just a 2 seater your after then I'd go for the hard top Z3 M, as a woman at my apartment block has a Z3 roadster that she has to but a car cover on to stop water leakage through the roof. Might just be her example of course. The hard top look better too IMO. The M3 will probably be the best of both worlds. Fast and can carry more than 2 people.

For £15k you have a choice of quite a lot of Scoobys / Evo's.
