brakes - strange problem!
hi folks
setup
single line system to calipers front and rear. no brake servo. master cylinder is AP racing (7/8").
when pressing the pedal the pistons move out of the calipers, but upon taking foot off the pedal the pistons retract. i would expect the pistons to move out until they hit the disc (with pads removed) as the pedal is pumped.
this also means that the braking system can only be bled with a pressure bleeder.
i have several theories but does anyone care to venture a guess at what is going on?
cheers
steven
