Had a Brand New one as a courtesy car for a month, Diesel Autromatic full leather all the toys, but it feels like driving a truck.. and it sounds like a transit!!

Hi,
I like these things too and was thinking about getting of, especially the warrior model in silver. Arent the 3.2 diesel's 4 cylinder ? which is why they are nosiey ?? Be interested in the mpg and drivablity, and also if you can put a tunning box on one to increase the bhp.
I did a search around the net for info about this car, its got some good write ups, apart from the noisey, but hey ,its a diesel, if you want a quiet car, go buy one of those eco friendly electric cr ap things :-)

Had a SWB Pajero 2.8TD for a while. I know it is not quite the same....BUT
Generally a good day to day driver - BUT gets a bit boring if you want to have fun.
The SWB is a big car with a small interior. If I was doing it again I'd go for a LWB.
Watch the MPG - even the Diesel hits the pocket
