I'm thinking about getting one, having owned a MK1 and MK2 previously, I know how great they are to drive... but most importantly, how cheap to insure and run! Which is my main concern with cars now, I don't want the grp17+ insurance bills anymore or fuel bills etc..
Obviously I'm just getting old
Going to wait until Dec, as hopefully be able to test drive one around then.
Prices are announced on the 1st August, will be interesting to see how much the 2ltr MZR Sport costs, compared to the previous top of the range, 1.8iS which was 18K OTR.

Apparently there will be three models.
1.8
2.0 MZR
2.0 MZR Sport
Or something like that - I can't really tell much from the info on the net, other than it might relate to the engine.
There's a choice of two new petrol engines from our powerful MZR family.

Alex,
I have a test drive booked and am ready to trade in the current Mk2.
The new car has some much nicer curves and looks a little less ghey. Hardly any extra weight too! shame its only 160bhp though.

As you say, the new look is very cool - I was looking at the MK2.5 + body kit until I found out this was due in Nov/Dec this year.
So when has you're dealer estimated a 'demo' will be available?
