Default Lotus Carlton / TVR Tuscan

Spotted 3 Lotus Carltons today, travelling in convoy. Very nice cars.

Also saw an extremely modded TVR Tuscan. Carbon Fibre, bonnet, wings, bumpers etc. Lowered, huge split rim BBS and most impressively, two huge bottles of NOS seating behind the two front seats! As if it's not quick off the mark already!

Was tempted to see if he wanted to have a "spirited" drive somewhere, figuring he is bound to break down at some point!

Pretty sure it was the old Tuscan. It was loud, just on tickover, almost as loud as mine!

Guess the Carltons were on their way to billing sewer pit...

If I recall corretly, The Sun, (this is in my yooth) rang a story on the Carltons, headline = 180MPH such and such...Truely awesome cars in their day and I suspect would still give many a newer performance car a run for their money.
