Default Radio Codes?? (Pug 306)

After my recent car not starting saga, now my radio requires a code, however I do not have the code.

Its the Clarion cassette player/cd controller, any idea where I can source the code for this?

Would it be easier to buy a new one? If yes, do any stereo's work with the 306's steering wheel control?

Recomendations?

If its factory fitted just go to your local Peugeot dealership, they should be able to tell you (for a small fee I think)

I think Peugoet want around 15 quid to tell you the code or something daft like that!

If you put in an aftermarket stereo you can buy an autoleads adapter which works with Sony and maybe some other models.

I can do most Clarions with last 4 digits of bar code on head unit. If you have 2 bar codes go off the lower one
