BMW M3 SMG
My sister is thinking about trading her 330 cl convertable for a 03 M3 SMG convertable. she has seen one she likes its not from a bmw dealer but from a specilist that deals in proformance cars. i would just like to know what she should look for in the car.it has done about 26000 miles

Pretty specialist cars really, some sort of professional inspection would be wise.

In one year mine's had:
New rear diff
New air flow sensor - lost all power when over-takng one day
New air coolant system - last one dis-integrated
New door handle - had to climb into drivers seat via passenger side
Apart from that, its hardly missed a beat ;-)
